Has anyone ever had this issue?

I uploaded some photographs to print.
Got to the order confirmation page and the price was in USD $36 including shipping.
Realised my mistake, clicked off the website and went onto the UK one where I had to then upload all photos again and order. Came to about £3.
Now I notice that the USA site order has processed despite my not finalising it.
I got in touch on their live chat and they don't believe me and say there's nothing they can do.
I've emailed them asking them to please check how their site is operating as there's no way I clicked to process the order.

They say as more than an hour has passed they can't cancel it and I should have cancelled within that hour-I said 'Why would I cancel something I didn't know existed?!'

Anyone any experience of anything like this?

I'm not in the best position financially-the UK order is about £3. I do not want two lots, one identical set priced about 8 times the other.
