I told tax credits last year I earned more than what I actually did. Am I due a refund? Thanks

When you put your renewal in this year with the actual figure from last years P60 they will recalculate and refund what you should have had. I did this last year due to miscalculation and when I renewed I got a lump sum refunded.

Hopefully I'll get something back. Could do with a little refund! I've just sent my renewal off yesterday x

I told them i earned £1000 more than i actually did so i am hoping to get something backdated. I am on auto renewal so don't know if that makes any difference. Could really do with an extra payment

Fingers crossed! X

I believe it has to be more than £2500 less than you said for them to give you a payment.

theyll only refund the difference after deducting £2500. eg estimated earnings £15000 actual earnings £12000. the refund would only be calculated on £500
