Long story but I have a CCJ from the council for a parking ticket - is there any possibility of getting this removed?

If you pay it within a month it will be removed. Or do you mean you want it removing as you don't agree with it?

You can dispute it but need to do that within 14 days of receiving the paperwork advising you of the CCJ.

There is quite a bit of useful info here: www.debtadvisorycentre.co.uk/blog/how-to-dispute-a-county-court-judgment-ccj-0-4013-0

You need to pay off the debt and then also pay a small sum (it used to be £1) to the court for it to be removed from the register
