After all bills, fuel and food, how much/% of your total income do you have spare each month to spend on holidays, going out, clothes, buying things, savings etc
Are you a family or single parent?

£400 family 2 adults 3 kids 15, 4, and 6 months. Sounds like a lot but forever running out!!

£1000 after holidays. Savings and any house/car repairs have to come out if this though. Considering a change in job which would leave us with £600 for me, dh and 3dcs

back2worktoday · 06/06/2017 19:26

tissuesosoft · 06/06/2017 19:35

Essential expenses use up about 15 to 20% of our take-home income. Most of the rest goes into pensions and savings. There is just me and DH.

OnNaturesCourse · 07/06/2017 19:57

About 130£ a month for luxuries.

About 580£ a month for food, fuel etc.

Moanyoldcow · 07/06/2017 21:08

After all food and bills about £1400 - me, DH and our DS who is 4. We spend most of it because we're horrifically profligate Blush

It varies on a good month up to 800 some months as little as 200. Has been so much less in the past....
