You know yesterday I had £228 tied up in 888? Today it's £425 Seems I have SUCH an uncanny ability to select winning horses at all sorts of different odds, maybe I should start straight up gambling...

That's a good question titchy! £41 is the initial amount of bonus money, and only £50 (my deposit amount) shows as withdrawable. The rest must exist in some kind of limbo, being non-withdrawable and technically not bonus money

So I think I basically have to wager all of it. I have about £50 across both exchanges. Argh!

I mean to say, I need to wager AND LOSE all of it, which is proving bloody difficult. At this rate I'll be making small bets at high odds just to increase the chances of a loss. But I don't want to make big QLs every time I make a mug bet.

Might be worth asking them how much you have left to roll - you never know might only be a tenner!

I guess I have to keep trying to lose it into the exchange and keep checking the withdrawable amount as I go

I've started matched betting on behalf of dh now. Set him up a bank account, signed him up to betfair, he pays in what he can and I make him some profits!

I'm enjoying it much more than my own matched betting as I'd done all the easy offers and moved on to the trickier ones with wagering requirements and so on. I've only done a couple of offers on his behalf but no issues with 'one account per household' yet so fingers crossed.

Last week was a bit rubbish for me, as I kept trying to win the Ladbrokes correct score on first set at Wimbledon and failing. Got free bets from it but a ql of a couple of quid each time. I had some luck on free spins that paid for them though.

Anyone been doing anything profitable?

I won £20 on the slots! Very exciting as I think I've only won about 67p on free spins up until now. Tbf, about £18 was on one spin and the remainder was on the other 24, but, still....

Hi, can anyone help me please? I am trying to place my free bets on BetVictor but I keep getting the message "Sorry your bonus bets are not compatible with this type of bet". I''m trying to bet on horses.

Could anyone explain this please? I cant find terms and conditions that explain this.

I haven't been able to do any wagering! In fact I've only managed to do two free bets today, such is the extent of my cash flow problem Thank goodness those two bets won at the exchange!

And another one won. I've made seven separate bets in the hope of sending that bonus money to the exchange. And six of them won, which means all of the winnings from those bets get converted to bonus money which needs wagering

I'm going to have to wager on slots I think. Not risk free, but I'll have to chalk up any losses to experience, because I can't afford to wager on sports bets anymore!

I can tell forfeit the bonus because my repeated horse winnings (aka my losses from the exchange aka my own money!) is now converted to bonus money. Ugh!

Anyway, I've completed the wagering when it comes to one bit of bonus money. However, I can't withdraw it until I've wagered a second bit of bonus money. Nightmare! Anyway, slots do count for wagering and I'm currently in profit compared when when I started wagering on slots, so that's all good. Whether I'll still be in profit by the time I've finished wagering the billions of pounds required to make a withdrawal, who knows? But I'm hopeful that if I do make a loss overall, it'll be fairly small.

I will NEVER accidentally get hundreds of pounds of my own money tied up in bonuses ever again

On the plus side, I did the maths and ended up around £30 up overall. Worst case scenario would have been busting out and losing £100, so I'm relieved
