Tax credits panic

So my XP has just moved out and applied for tax credits last week. I know it can take a few weeks to process. The online calculator said I should get around £514 in total (for both working and child TC).
Checked my bank account today and a payment of £35 for child tax credit has gone into my account but nothing for working tax credit.
Checked my online account and it only mentions the child tax credits.
Tried calling but they won't discuss it until after 3 weeks from the date of claim.
I'm panicking about this now. Is it usual to get 1 payment and then get the rest later?

Usually my CTC and WTC are paid in one sum together. It may be that you get an interim payment before the regular payments happen. Have you signed up to the app ? You can see what your next payment due is and when. HTH.

It's probably one of those random small payments you sometimes get when you renew or start a new claim.

I hope so. I logged in online but it only shows this payment and nothing else. I only applied just over a week ago so hoping its not all gone through yet! thanks everyone
