I got divorced about 20 years ago from my abusive and adulterous DH.I am pretty certain that he was getting into my house and removing paperwork up until a few months ago when I changed the locks.He has recently rung up about reclaiming the PPI on the mortgage and loan that we had in joint names and is wanting my signature so that he can go ahead with this and he says that he will be using the Claims Guys who take 30%.Has anyone else had experience of claiming back PPI with an untrustworthy ex spouse and have they any advice?
