It's for housing association homes across Scotland. You can view and bid for any of the available properties, but need to be registered with the association offering the property, so must do this before you can bid.

In reality, most HAs receive all or the majority of their nominations from the local authority, so you'll also need to be registered on your local authority's housing register and have been assessed as a priority for housing to stand any chance of being successful when you bid.
