Good day for me today. The free £10 live casino bonus I received from betfair has made me £70 profit. That and the free bet from Ladbrokes and a casino offers has adds up to £100 profit for today.
@louise
I use the odds matcher on odds monkey and place the odd fiver or tenner on horses where the lay odds are lower than the back odds. But I stick to where the odds are five ish as when the odds are in the 20s and 30s the liabilities are in the hundreds just for a pound or two.
If a £10 back gets me a quid or so, then people making 50 quid must be staking loads and liabilities in the thousands. I dint think I could take the stress. I'm happy sticking to a quid here and there to gain confidence and if I fuck it up or the odds change loads before I get my lay on, I would be losing hundreds of pounds.
I'm also gonna start doing the second place offers now I'm a bit more confident and after my 1-2-1 I know what I'm doing. I'm going to do a couple of accumulators ( which I've also learnt how to do one my 1-2-1 )at the weekend before the season finishes and then switch to horses and rugby.
@heyroly. Yeah, I opt in to sky bet club thinking If im doing a racing or football offer with them then I may as well, but if I'm not doing an offer I'll only place qualifying bets if the qualifying loss is really low. I can usually make £4 profit from the free £5 bet which isn't loads but over time it adds to a decent amount. I won't try to qualify if odds are not close though.
I got the Betfair Sportsbook offer when I signed up but didn't bother taking it as at that time I didn't enough spare cash to deposit into another exchange, I wasn't risking backing and laying with the same company and figured if I only ever use the exchange and not the sportsbook as well then I'll not get muddled and fuck up somewhere :)
