I signed up to sell my house with whitegates last year. As part of the contract- if i didn't sell with them or took it off the market i was required to pay £99 plus vat for the photos. I have given them two weeks notice to cancel the contract but now wonder if i still have to pay as the original contract via was with whitegates and last year the company changed to step low acting for whitegates as a limited company. What are my rights?

Do you think i need to pay? Thanks
