What does it mean when you are told 'awaiting payment schedule' in regards to your tax credit claim. And how long after being told this do you receive a payment ?

Does anyone have an answer for this? I have been to told the same thing today but couldn't be more specific

I've been told tho since friday and again today, fed up ringing them and getting no real answer
