Is this still rolling out? I think I see people on tax credits are due to be changed over to it after 2019 or something (revenue benefits site I think).

Yes it is. In my area I think it is just single claimants who are claiming it at the moment.. I think the plan is for it to be rolled out completely by 2019.

Nope by 2022 - existing benefits between 2029 and 2022

I see between 2019 and 2022...I read the 2029 i think which must be a typo! The longer the better imo
