Quick question for a friend so bear with me if I don't know all the details...
Exh was paying through CSA and there was an overpayment of a few hundred pounds that accumulated. The CMO are now dealing with the case - he is in arrears with them- yet the CSA have closed their file and paid him back the overpayment and have told my friend she owes them the money back.
How can this be right? He is about 3k in arrears with cmo yet CSA have replayed the overpayment?
What can my friend do?
Ex h is unreasonable btw so won't negotiate
