We are waiting to exchange but one chap hasn't paid
his deposit,anything we can do ?

He has pulled out now so we have lost the house we wanted 😥

Thank you JoJo,yes we have lost it,we were all ready to
exchange,and then this guy dropped out.five of us in the chain.
