i bought a large shaggy rug and two weeks later its still shedding loose pile,i have to hoover about three times a day as the brown fluff on the cream carpet looks like rabbit droppings,ig it carries on like this it will be bald in about another month/

Yes I think I would...all that fluff would annoy me

Take it back and say you are really disappointed with it. Stress the word disappointed.

It should be "fit for purpose".
