Daughter eligible for benefits??

My daughters due to start university after the summer. I was wondering with me being a single parent claiming benefits will she be entitled to help with her accommodation fees??

She will be able to apply for a student loan to pay for her accommodation and living costs. I think it used to be that if parents were on benefits or a low income , the student could get a loan each year which they didn't have to pay back ( called a maintainence loan I think). I believe this stopped last year though and now all students are treated the same.
