All my bills have gone out when I really didn't need them to, and I have no gas left hardly any food and using emergency on the electric, does anyone know were I could get help?

Friends or family would most likely be your best bet.

Failing that do you have anything you can sell? Or can you get an overdraft from your bank?

Local food bank and phone up your energy supplier and ask for extra emergency credit.
