Urgently Need Debt Collection Lawyer

Can someone please recommend a fast, proactive (cheap!) debt collection lawyer who works for individuals? A company owes me money and is ignoring my calls and emails so I now need to take action. Ideally a company that works by email as well as snail mail. Thank you.

Would small claims court be possible for you?

You can approach bailiff companies who may be able to advise and do work for you. I work in the public sector so could recommend a few companies but I have no idea if they take on small individual cases. They can send out any necessary correspondence and collect the debt if necessary.

Having a think about it, I reckon Wilkin Chapman might suit you.
