I want to reduce my pension contributions from 6% to 3%. My employer says you need to go on the NEST website to change it, I keep going round in circles on the website. It allows you to decide how your pension is invested but it doesn't give a clear option to reduce your payments. I even attempted to email them but when I pressed the email link, it opened up a new email draft but it had no recipient. So the email link was a dud.. I'm getting so frustrated that I wish I had just opted out.
So my question is for anyone who is using NEST and has managed to reduce your pension contributions, how did you do it?
