Can anyone direct me to a website that can (roughly) give me an estimate of how much, in annual salary terms, my being in a final salary scheme is worth? So that, were I to move jobs to somewhere with no final salary scheme (as is mostly the case nowadays), I could work out how much more to ask for to compensate for what I'd be losing by moving?
