CSA query

Hello. I received one payment from the csa last month. They had sorted the claim out quite quick from what i understand. I think the money comes direct out of xp's account. But this month i have received anything so far. (Last month i received it on th 11th) SO is it quite possible that it just stops. But wouldnt they have gotten in touch with me? Or does the day fluctuate from month to month?

Hi Haily111, from my experience you are lucky to have received a payment at all! Yes, the payment date does vary, as the money has to be 'allocated out' by a member of the task team after the CSA have collected it. If you ring them they will tell you if they have collected the payment and when someone will get round to sending it to you.

Oh ok, thank you. I just assumed it would come in every month on the exact day (i should have known better right?)

I have to ring them EVERY month to chase my payments. I just received my December payment this week. Good luck!

A few years ago, I didn't receive a payment for two months; when I chased it up with the CSA, they hadn't even noticed the payment had not been received by them!

So if I were you, chase it up about a week after you think payment should have arrived I unfortunately had the misfortune of having years of apalling experience of the CSA.

All I get from the farking CSA is 'We are waiting for Mr XP to start payments. We will write again when these commence.'
This has been 4 years now and I couldn't care less anymore.
