anyone know a good family solicitor this is a major legal issue and im desperate!!!!!

What sort of issue is it? As that will dictate which type of solicitor you want.

i have a brilliant solicitor,but shes in maidstone,kent might be too far from ashford

chidren or money? or what?
only firms i know of in kent that i would suggest are cripps harries hall, thomson snell and passmore, brachers.... but it does help to know nature of the problem...

rereading the title now it does say family and mentions the kids so presume its family solicitors.

its regarding my exh he is doing eerything to put me down and call me a bad mother , went to court this week and i was blatently ignored by judge as xh lied through his teeth. he doesnt care about the kids never does anything for them and doesnt pay maintenance.
he threatens custody so i need a fabulous solicitor to get me and the kids through this as they are scared of him.

i'd try brachers. is maidstone too far??

Do you need legal aid? Not many firms do that any more, so if you do it will limit your choice.
