Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance - where do I get these?

Just started a freelance contract with a big blue chip (I am a sole trader) - they require me to have prof inde anf public liability insurances to the tune of £250,000 each - where do I get these?...how much will thye cost?...and do you have any tips?

I got mine via an insurance broker..I have looked around in subsequent years and they did get me the best deal.

We are not in the same business so I would not have an idea of cost for your area...worth every penny for the peace of mind though!.

I dont think it costs a huge amount... maybe £100 or something? I work in the telecoms industry, and have my own consultancy, the management agency that I used organised it?
