when applying for stuff do you include workig family tax credit in your household income?

so the house hold income is your partners income only or do you include WFTC too?

When I applied for our mortgage they said they don't take child benefit into account but they do take all tax credits into account.

Yes they do take tax credits into account. I have recently had this confirmed to me.
