Hi - any advice would be much appreciated.
I am considering setting up a business - the landlords previously asked for 3 months deposit to which we declined. We have renegotiated and he has now asked for a set amount to be agreed using the Personal Agreement contract.
what would happen if I set up as Ltd and things go wrong?
