For doing 70 in a 50 mph zone? (variable speed limits on the motorway)

I NEVER SPEED - i'm so cross with myself

Its not an excuse but DD2 was being sick all over the back of me seat

Shouldn't be any more than 6 max. You also have mitigating circumstances if your DD2 was being sick everywhere!!!!

why would it be 6 have they changed it?

I got done for doing 90 in a 70 limit (motorway) got 3 points and a £90 fine (I presume related to my speed).

I think the standard fixed penalty is 3 points unless you dont pay in the allotted time or go to court

What for 73 in a 60 please cod? Might I get re-education, or is it points without the options?

(5-yr-old points dropped off for insurance purposes on Jan 14th - got caught again on Jan 19th - it's fate, isn't it? )
