What happens if I claim bank fees?

What happens if I make a claim for fees against my bank?
Will they make me close the account / withdraw my overdraft etc?

It rather depends on the circumstances, I should imagine. What (roughly) happened?

Do you mean your monthly fee for your account. I claimed mine back as felt we were miss sold the account and got it back from 2009. we changed the account to a non fee paying one instead but still within the same bank. They never asked us to close the account.
