Fixed rate mortgage ending, but we want to move within the next 12 months

Our current deal with natwest ends the end of Oct, normally we'd just find another deal we like and roll with it, but as we want to move within the next year, we're looking for a flexible mortgage with no redemption penalties.

Does anyone know of any mortgages that might work for us please?

Wouldn't it just be easier to let it run, go on to the variable rate and avoid redemption penalties.

Probably, I just wondered if there's a cannier way I wasn't aware of.

Plenty of discounted and tracker rates don't have ERCs, ask your existing lender to product switch to one with no tie ins, products will probably be portable anyway so you can take it with you if you move without paying the ERCs

Just get one that's portable.
