Has anyone done a recent mortgage with Barclays particularly with the mortgage guarantee scheme? We are awaiting a decision and I'm bricking it.
Our dream house is reserved and the builder is assisting us in selling our house do everything else is good to go!
We have a really good broker but the waiting is killing me! Did you get yours approved. We have applied for the 95% and our broker has put down with the rest of the equity from our house we will be paying of our debts too so it'll be a fresh start.
