Help - just come back from holiday to a letter saying since we never received your documents we are assessing you as being due nothing so you've had an overpayment of £4k+
I sent 12 months of bloody bank statements & all childcare receipts via recorded delivery post on the 19th May ffs.
Over 3 months ago.
Obviously I need to talk to the numpties tomorrow but has anyone had the same issue & how long did it take to resolve???
