I want to open a savings account for my dd who is 1 years old. I'm looking for an easy account one where if possible I could open up via online or post. I would ideally like a branch where I got a book or card for the account. I'm not really keen on the fixed accounts but to be honest, I'm unsure of what's best. I've heard Halifax and Barclays are complete nonsense when it comes to child's savings.
Any advise would be really appreciated
