hi Marina, things are difficult tbh but I am living day by day and endeavouring to count my blessings. Life is too short etc., etc.,

Do you know the implications if one has had legal aid. I am guessing it would have to be paid back.

no, not in relation to the divorce itself - you shouldn't have to repay it. Are you ok?
