Have I lost it? as totally forgotten about it as it was from my wedding.

Who for? They sometimes reinstate the money although they don't have to. Give them a ring.

Depends who for. Yes they expire but iirc some just charge you a fee so you don't get full original value ( ie. One for All). I've also negotiated extensions on some vouchers with local firms.

Depends who the vouchers for, and when they were purchased...

Write to head office and give them a sob story about it being your last present for your wedding from your deceased great aunty, or you having saved up the cash to put together with the vouchers to buy a racing car bed for your baby boy - or something similar but true. They might well replace it, certainly worth a try.
