Good idea to change but isn't Talk Talk the one that advertised free broadband if you take their phone package? Think they've been unable to cope with the response to their offer and people have been left waiting for ages to get the new service. Go on simplyswitch.com or uswitch or one of the other comparison sites and see who you can get the best package from. Google for customer reviews of whichever company you are interested.

Good luck!

I switched to Pipex last summer as BT were pssng me off so much. They sent me bills then rang demanding payment two days later, telling me my payment was overdue and that my service would be disconnected if I didn't pay immediately. Which is a bit difficult mid-month between paydays.

So I switched to Pipex (not without teething troubles but at least they don't hound me for money the second my bill is due).

Funny thing is that BT keep sending me silly little postcards begging me to come back. Ha, fat chance.
