Still going strong here at bot watch HQ on MN!

Previous thread here

Botwatch on Wordpress and on Facebook

Timeless Vie on Wordpress and on Facebook

Eyespeying's Blog aka #manhun, even if he's been banned by MNHQ

Hommetepreneur on Facebook

NEW Link to the Daily Mail article of 20 May 2016 regarding an ex-bot's treatment at the hands of her 'spline' at Forever Living UK

NEW Link to NastashaBarnbotShingles' refutation of the above.

We have our own regularly returning bots to tell us how bullying and hateful we are.

Glossary:

Bots: our affectionate name for victims of the MLM racket

MLM: Multi-level Marketing schemes - essentially pyramid schemes that are just legal because you sell a product. Reliant upon constant recruitment despite there not being enough people in the world to go beyond about 12 levels if everyone recruited 6.

Downline/Upline: the people you recruited and those who recruited you (going up and down the pyramid inverted funnel)

Timeless Vie: Parody of MLM schemes (though you might spot one in particular) that also carries out fearless investigative work

Hommetrepreneur: also excellent parody site focussing on the menz

BotWatch: Rather more serious, keeps an eye on what the Bots are claiming next, particularly in reference to health and income claims. Also fearless.

Inverted Funnel: Timeless Vie is NOT a pyramid - it's an inverted Funnel, OK?

Eyes: Our former member Eyespying who knows LOTS about MLM schemes. He's still our very own #manhun.

Twunk (AKA ForeverYazoonique) has a bottle of Banana Yazoo in her fridge. She's still too afraid to drink it. Yahoo is important as seems to be the primary retail product for Life Tree World.

The beer was calling to you?

Has the banana milk drink been holding Mindset training sessions in the fridge?

I do hope you haven't eaten anything else from it. I shudder to think what the salads might have been up to while in their drawers. Grin

Toobusytowee · 25/05/2016 00:15

If you've opened the bottle you will have to drink it in the next couple of days.

cozietoesie · 25/05/2016 00:27

I don't think Forever has managed to screw her courage to that point yet, Toobusy.

BSintolerant · 25/05/2016 06:40

forever Did you survive the night? Is your fridge showing signs of an orgy of Yazoo fuelled violence? And why is there a drill under your bed...? Grin

crumpetsfortea37 · 25/05/2016 07:50

Seems that several of the "queen bee" bots are being assisted in helping build replacement empires overseas.
Doesn't bode well for uk lowly bots near the bottom of the inverted funnel.

ForeverYazoonique · 25/05/2016 08:36

DH hid the drill under the bed because there were burglars in the area and he didn't want to leave tools out something something something. I have no idea. The man's a lunatic.

Fecking dog went and slept in with the boys. Useless bloody guard dog he is.

But I am alive and well as is the Yazoo.

Or indeed their new victims, crumpets

I've noticed over the last week my uber bot seems to be selling again, she's been quiet on the actual selling and big on her teamies , I guess her down line is making her less money or maybe they're all being encouraged to get back to the products. Her down line who is my friend seems to be doing a fantastic job on being her own best customer, I had to sit on my hands to not comment that she seems to be spending a lot on this 'business'.

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 09:32

They have all gone a bit quiet recently havent they? Guess they are gearing up for the big retail push... Im not liking this new focus on horses though, its almost like they thought, "hmmm, now the CC's have changed we need to shift gallons of Aloe, how do we do this? HORSES?"

Oh wait... Thats exactly what they have done! Lets not forget that there is a known outspoken vet with an apparent vested interest in forever too, who seems to not readily declare this interest when recommending the product.

Pethaps anyone considering this product for any animal might want to do some research and look for 'independent' clinical studies on the efficacy/potential dangers in animals.

Be very wary of Forever presenting VET opinions. Ask your own vet, do the research. I think you will find it (perhaps unsurprisingly) sorely lacking. Do you really want to take this risk with your beloved pet?

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 09:33

Maybe its time we had a parslaii equestrian team? 😈😈

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 09:35

Does anyone have any contacts within your horse, house and hound etc? Might be time to alert them to this new murky trend.

NorbertDentressangle · 25/05/2016 10:23

Wonder if the aloe gunk has the same bowel loosening affect on animals as it does on humans Hmm
That could be unpleasant.

On another note ......my UK lowly bot hasn't reached out abroad but currently does a weekly 6 hour round trip to a couple of new recruits. Makes you wonder if what they bring in for my bot even covers her petrol money Confused

cozietoesie · 25/05/2016 10:26

It likely doesn't cover expenses. Just read some of the stories in Timeless Vie or BotWatch.

Zoomtothespoon · 25/05/2016 10:30

I quite like yazoo Blush

cozietoesie · 25/05/2016 10:49

Ah - but you have to remember, Zoom, that Forever is giving fridge room to a new breed of milk shake. (It has, arguably, a higher level of consciousness, but we have to be careful what we say for Forever's sake - poor person needs to get some sleep after all.) Smile

(Personally, I love milk shakes but I make them, almost without exception, from milk shake mix and milk - plus things like ice-cream and fruit if I'm feeling bold. Takes just a short time, they taste great and it saves me a fortune. Wink)

Barmaid101 · 25/05/2016 11:05

I'm new to this thread, Is oriflame skincare another mlm?

My sil has just added me to a group on fb she is now selling this.

She already does younique and she is crap at it, it's like a car crash, I have another friend doing it who at least manages to sell. Also she is 'trailing' forever living!
She gives me the rage! She is always morning she has no money, my brother has had to take over all of her finances such as paying car off (which she stupidly took a shit finance deal with a garage and will end up paying £10.5k for a £6k car!) she finds money and has to spend it and my brother needs to do minimum 20 hours overtime a week to ensure all bills get paid and he can feed their sun!
Just hate seeing my brother get taken for a mug! Since the lo was born apparently she can't go back to work due to aniexty of being away from him! At least twice a week he goes somewhere else for the night, whoever is willing. At 11 days old I had him from 9am one morning til 6pm the next day, had him for a week when he was 3 months old! She just doesn't want to get off her Arse and earn properly so instead is throwing every penny into these mlms while my brother works himself into the ground!

Barmaid101 · 25/05/2016 11:06

Oops only came on to ask the first question! By oh my does that feel good to get that out!

cozietoesie · 25/05/2016 11:18

Welcome, Barmaid. Smile

Sadly, there are many examples of people whose MLM activities are being subsidised - heavily in some cases - by some means eg a partner's earnings, savings, CCs, liquidation of assets etc etc. You might like to visit Timeless Vie and BotWatch to read some of them.

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 11:56

Welcome barmaid ask away, thats why we are all here! 😉

It is car crash viewing sadly, and people just like your SIL are exactly who these schemes prey on, they dont care if she fails, as long as she buys the business box and the higher ups get their CC's, points etc.

Its all a scam, regardless of the crap they occasionally come and tout here.

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 11:57

They just dont like us suggesting the higher ups are potentially complicit in the scam... It kind of hurts their precious feelings.

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 11:57

And dear god, are they precious!!!

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 12:00

Oh... And we are all bullying haterz... Right barnbot? 🙄🙄

MrshumbleJeans · 25/05/2016 12:03

And "cowardly and snidey" because we are anonymous... According to barnbot

Spongebobette · 25/05/2016 12:21

Urgh one of my bots (the FL one who brought me here as I was so flabbergasted by her change in personality that I started googling MLMs) has just this minute shared a pic of her lovely flashy feel good business cards and leaflets.
Oddly FL is not mentioned on them at all, just ' a business opportunity' with an 'amazing company' with 'an impeccable track record expanding due to unprecedented growth in the health and wellness sector'
Pah

Spongebobette · 25/05/2016 12:33

If it's such a wonderful company why not name it???? Is it because she doesn't want anyone she gives her card to to google FL before she has a chance to lure them to her 'business presentation' I wonder?

PS does anyone know how much the FL tablecloths cost, they seem to be a must have for these business presentations
