Bankruptcy

Hello,

I have just received advice from a money advisory agency and, after reviewing my details, they suggested my best option might be bankruptcy. I know that with no real assets, some considerable loans (taken out when I have full time, permanent employment) and insecure contracts of employment this is probably my best option. The agency told me that filing for bankruptcy can be done online. Has anyone done this and if so, how complicated is it?

It is incredibly easy to do. If you post on the Bankruptcy and Living With It board over on MSE they'll be able to support and help you. As it's a new thing not many people have done it yet.
