Do you know, that's something I just can't put my finger on at this moment. Lots of zeros though if I recall.

You might usefully look for information at the excellent BlogWatch post on 'People who care about you are worried', though. (I think I have that title right?) Smile

cozietoesie · 03/05/2016 13:05

It makes perfect sense, MissRabbit. You'll have to bite the bullet on any losses but just think how it might have been.

Well done for staying alert. Smile

New blog post from BotWatchBlog on the LTW compensation plan here- botwatchblog.wordpress.com/2016/05/03/lifetree-world-compensation-plan/

Twunk · 03/05/2016 15:03

If you take their view that there are 9.5m distributors (I reckon that's not the active total but as many as there have ever been)

It's

0.0099%
Or just under 0.01%

That's a superb post toobusy. Superb.

Fabulous toobusy!

MissRabbit you mustn't blame yourself. People going through troubles are vulnerable to exploitation in many ways - chalk it up to experience.

My friend has a good phrase "chuck it in the fuck bucket and move on" Grin

Thanks, Toobusy. Smile

I do so hope that no new start MLM businesses or IBOs have received 'start-up' grants (or their equivalent) from public funds without the most rigorous scrutiny of their business plans.

Asked my dad why the Yazoo - it was being given away at a half marathon my brother did some time ago (last October he thinks).

It has sat in the fridge ever since Grin

Gosh. I know these things are 'sterilised' so have long expiration dates but........has someone checked it?

Twunk · 03/05/2016 16:00

To be fair he wasn't sure - my bro has done a more recent run Smile

It will need to be thrown in the bin in June

Drink it when you're next there, then. Smile An independent product report would be useful for those of us who've never tried the stuff.

Toobusytowee · 03/05/2016 16:38

Thanks Twunk. And I second drinking the Yazoo. It's quite nice. Not 20 bottles a month nice, but it's ok.

BSintolerant · 03/05/2016 17:51

Excellent post toobusy. Smile

The possibility of secreting Yazoo from every orifice should serve as a dire warning to wannabe LTW bots.

There again, bots could emulate Cleopatra by bathing in Yazoo - it's not quite asses milk, but it's one way to use it up.

Speaking of Cleopatra, and dire warnings: bots beware! She died when a snake bit her pyramids. Grin

CamelsAndMaus · 03/05/2016 18:13

I have yet another bot here (and two months ago I was feeling left out as I didn't have any - I think I'm up to 9 now). Asking friends to go to her for coffee every Sunday and to check out "essential oils". Also lots of photos of her and her children holding up bottles. I've been invited and I'm tempted to go just to 1) see if I can get her out of it and 2) to stop anyone else who goes getting into it. Oh and this is Heavenly Treasure and check out the religious theme.

Does anyone know how much sponsored ads on Facebook are? My still at the bottom of the inverted funnel bot is trying to recruit by using them but I'm worried all this is leading her into debt not to Dubai

gottaloveascamhun · 03/05/2016 18:38

Sponsored ads are quite varied, it depends on the post teach you choose. Anything from £7 to hundreds depending on how many people you want to target. My bot has used them so I know she's getting desperate.

NorbertDentressangle · 03/05/2016 18:55

Funnily enough my bot has got a sponsored post too.

When it popped up on fb I had a brief moment of panic when I thought that I must've accidentally liked her page whilst "stalking"!

LunaLoveg00d · 03/05/2016 19:00

Yazoo is one of those drinks which always comes top of the "how many teaspoons of sugar per 100ml" tests.

9.6g of sugar (almost 2 teaspoons) per 100ml. Bottle size 200ml. 4 teaspoons of sugar per bottle.

That's why it tastes good!

stopfaffing · 03/05/2016 19:22

Superb critique of the LTW compensation plan, Toobusy. A lot of work has been done to achieve this. Much appreciation. I may link it on the netmums thread.... Wink

Toobusytowee · 03/05/2016 19:51

Thanks for liking the LTW post everyone.

The next post I'm starting now is on the reality vs the promise in MLM, specifically Forever Living. I have had two contributors already. If anyone else has anything to add, now is the time. Either in a PM or on here.

DarrenHardysDrongo · 03/05/2016 22:20

LTW appeared on my FB feed for the first time a couple of days ago.
Had no idea what it was but it was absolutely apparent it's another MLM. Came to these threads for more information. Thanks to those who've contributed and am just about to read the blog post about it.

Regarding FL and the U.A.E, I have two FL bots. One of them has just returned from Dubai and posted about her new 'business' over there. She's going back at the end of May. She appears to be much less focused on recruiting locally now - probably because she's ran out of potential recruits.

Toobusytowee · 03/05/2016 22:34

Hello and welcome Darren. Don't go anywhere near LTW!

Please can someone remind me what the wholesale price of an FLP CC is? Thanks
