Hello everyone, I have been stalking these threads for quite some time. Yes I'm a Bot. After reading your threads though I'm wondering if I am doing the right thing. Some bits of the business are getting to me recently and I'm wondering if maybe you guys are actually talking sense. I'm so confused

I'm struggling to recruit. I'm at quite a high level but a lot of my team have quit / slowed down and therefore I have been putting money in to buy the minimum i need each month in order to get paid my team leading bonus. I am thinking of stopping but I'm afraid. I'm afraid I'll regret it in the future

Welcome confusedbot It sounds like the law of attraction mindset training you will have undoubtedly had is rallying against your natural instinct and common sense/worries. Thats what its designed to do xxx I hope we can help, what support are your upline giving you?

I think it is a choice that only you can make, but it must be difficult and disheartening when you see the select few at the top who make it look relatively easy. I personally know a few people who have left in the last 6 months for the essentially the same reasons, one was at manager level.

not if you are referring to my post you are mistaken I really am a manager in Forever. You clearly aren't at GR as you wouldn't be posting here. My sponsor was there and is on the flight home now as i type - when are you going home? Also she had no wifi outside the hotel so I would be surprised if you were using data roaming to follow this thread!

How long have you been in FL confused? One great thing in your situation is that you have a good upline who will hopefully be understanding no matter what you chose.

Work out how much money you have actually made. Not the amounts going into your bank, but work out the amounts going out too. Coffees, products, petrol, training days, fares, postage, personal use. Think about living a life free of all the bullshit. Think about what you could do with that time. Think about the real friendships you have neglected and think about the people you have conned.

I have been in FL almost 2 years now. I know a lot of struggling managers at the minute. We would speak privately to each other about our struggles.

I don't feel bullied to stay or anything but I would fear that I am letting the few in my down line down by leaving and also what I would do with myself to earn money...what the future will hold for me. I don't want / can't return to FT work as I don't want to leave my DC's

I've thought about this a bit and because you're encouraged to think you're in control of your hours, that it's just "being sociable", that you work with "Forever friends" that it encourages you to not consider just how many hours of work you are doing for the measly rewards.

If I worked 40 hours a week and got £500 a month for it, not only would it be illegal, but I would be mighty pissed off.

And people seem to have an up line who can be rather like a boss, in fact worse because they aren't controlled by the law.

Its not an easy decision for you to make, but if you are not making any/much money after working out your true costs, then you really need to decide if carrying on is the right thing for you and your family Will your downline not just move to your uplines team anyway? How many hours on average have you been working your business?

Chilling thanks - In between courses so catching up with a laughable statement from someone supposedly high-up wanting to give up an income they must have worked hard to achieve - sounds like this person is not getting the concept of MLM me thinks?
