Refinance loans with a guarantor

Bit of an odd one. Does anyone know if I could obtain a fairly low interest refinance loan with the help of guarantors?

My ex recently moved out of the family home and I'm going to be unable to meet my personal debt obligations as well as the bills until the divorce finances are sorted.

My parents kindly offered to pay the debts and wait until house is sold for me to rest them, however solicitor advised against this as the court might not count that kind of financial help as a debt.

So I'm wondering if I could get a lower cost loan in my name (with my crappy credit rating) using my parents as guarantors or something.
