There will be no quick solution to my nursery access problem - so I have to decide if I should proceed with Planning Permission/hiring an architect or whether to hang on and wait a bit.
The next bit will cost maybe £3-5K so do I spend they money? or play safe?
The traffic engineer says that in his opinion I have a better than 50% chance & that he wants to take it to County Hall (over the local chap's head)
I HATE MAKING DECISIONS grump
