Does anyone have an opinion of IVA's, is anyone on one? finished one? failed one.

If you think there is any chance whatsoever you might fail it, don't start it, they will push for bankruptsy and you will have wasted all those payments.

An opinion, well yes don't use a debt management company that charges commision, speak to CCC they are a charity and will act on your behalf for free and get you debt free a lot quicker.
