how is this for navigating from TV to MN?

i've had it up for a while and people are definitely using it.

Ok, kids, we need to talk strategy.

What does everyone think about TV buying some FB ads - targeted? That would be a great way to kick us up to another level, but we'd need money for it. We have 2 options - we can do either or both, whatever people think is best. We can either have a 'donate' button on TV or sell some branded TV products, as cheap we can, but we'd need a markup so we can channel the money into advertising. I was thinking we'd have cheap products like, i dunno, mouse pads? stickers? shit like that?

Also, I'm going to use some of my own money to hire someone to do a proper job of creating us a logo etc that can be printed on products.

Yes please to stickers /business cards or similar so I can spam people in real life as well as on Twitter!

Perception is all, sometimes, last. People who are not potential prospects (and therefore not being targeted directly) might come out with:

'Just tell her we don't want any......'

'Just.........'
'Just ..........'

Stickers, mugs etc to raise funds are a great idea, as are business cards if you can get a good discount for getting loads printed. I had 100 printed and they were fairly pricey.
I think in general I'd prefer to donate so the full value of my money goes to the cause but I'd also buy branded goods that helped me raise awareness.

De-lurking again to offer a suggestion. What about targeting the Patient Information Leaflet stands in GP surgeries with leaflets clearly stating the (lack of) proven health benefits of aloe?

Not sure if they are only allowed leaflets from certain approved sources?
