Also can any of the current FL people on here at the moment, please explain why everyone is selling their first/second homes at the moment, running out of cash? , and renting your current residence instead?

Also current nomination of the century flp person, is that enough to be vague?, is selling her house, but it isn't on Rightmove or any other estate agents site, but claims it should be sold next week, I know people in the area who are still on the market about 3 months, and lots of to and fro on contracts and price, or has desperation kicked in?

Dadandmum I think that's really the point of these threads isn't it. To hopefully stop someone before they do that, make them think twice before selling up their security for aloe gloop.

I also remember people saying please don't send lists of names. Have you got those posts as well? Just because someone asks doesn't mean to say one was sent

It is a bit ironic to be constantly bothering about lists though, when we know for a fact bots are encouraged to make lists of everyone they know. What happens to those lists, and how many of us are on those lists just because we know them or are a friend of a friend on Facebook? Is that where the obsession with lists comes from?
