I mean, possibly all these people are bullies too Hmm

artlessflirt · 15/03/2016 22:14

Yes chimps and having done Avon myself previously I know how tiresome it is for those mums, neighbours, and family members who constantly feel obliged to buy from Avon reps. Not saying that some people don't like Avon cosmetics and will happily buy them, but the majority find it...well, a bit of a nuisance. I know both my own family and my MIL felt like they had to buy from me, despite me insisting they only bought things they actually wanted rather than telling me to bung in a few things in my order for them. And the campaigns come out far too often to not be considered a 'hard sell' IMO. And Avon is really the tamest of these schemes that I've seen.

chuckingstones · 15/03/2016 22:15

I'll post this again as events seem to have overtaken Can you make money in an MLM?

Patzy85 · 15/03/2016 22:15

I think it's probably best not to get drawn in to it Melaw. Anyone who has been on these threads a while will remember chimps being nothing but creepy towards you.

And she cries bully!

She has changed her tune of late, but the evidence is there for all to see.

Melaw21 · 15/03/2016 22:15

Just go crawl back under your rock chimps... YOU are the bully, you are the harrasser and you keep picking a fight. Trying to goad us and somehow entrap us is not going to work, as we are not the peolpe you claim we are, so why dont you run along back to your trillionaire lifestyl and leabe room for us to talk with some genuine people, with real stories.

Eyespying · 15/03/2016 22:19

lazycoo The volume of evidence proving 'MLM' to be the camouflage for cultic racketeering, is just overwhelming (feel free to have another shot).

My Bond girls always treat me well, but then I treat them well too.

Kanga59 · 15/03/2016 22:19

SkiBots latest fb post is a testimonial of one of her down line who has just sorted herself out the full time income from part-time FL hours. And this poor victim is just about to go in mat leave with baby #2. Let's hope she doesn't have to do planning meetings in labour like she-who-must-not-be-named of Wales

How to ID a pyramid scheme

Melaw21 · 15/03/2016 22:22

Thanks for the links guys. I would just like to ask all our participants and lurkers to ignore this ^^ nonsense. They are attempting to derail the thread and harrass/intimidate good people, however, we will not be cowed and we will continue the fight, I remind anyone who has suffered intimidation at the hands of these mlm scheme adherents/'coaching/mentor' business people etc.. (Whatever the buzzword is...) To follow the links above for help and guidance along with great support from lovely individuals, of how to get out of the horrible environment demonstrated so eloquently above by these people.

chuckingstones · 15/03/2016 22:25

May I suggest that when the next thread starts (and we're quickly heading that way) we have more of the links that were just posted in the title?

Melaw21 · 15/03/2016 22:25

Enough is enough... If this is what we get on here from these people, imagine being in or trying to leave their downlines! Or things that must go on behind closed doors! Nothing has proved our point and cause as much as what has just happened and we thank you all for your support and patience whilst it carried on.

Well, so much more missed for daring to have a bath, then settling down with my Gardener's World and a large glass of chablis.

Tonight has been very exciting. I shall think on all I have missed out on by not becoming an MLM adherent when I am at my J.O.B tomorrow. I would have been a millionaire with a parslaii inspired number plate and holidaying at Dar Parslaii if it wasn't for my stoopid J.O.B.

Goodnight teamies! #keeponsoaring

cozietoesie · 15/03/2016 22:27

Dar Parslaii indeed? I did the shopping. Smile

I have an Avon catalogue, there are a few products I quite like and as I generally buy on offer are generally priced similarly to the likes of Home Bargains. However the times I don't order the book goes out with a wee bit of guilt that I haven't. I have no ties to my lady, yet I still feel that I really should order something.
