I go away for an afternoon and WW3 seems to of arrived, the simple fact of the matter is the the closer you are to the top of the inverted funnel, the more money you make from the people below you are waste money on trying really hard to build a business in a over saturated market of both product and of some variation of a Rep in the local area, near me there is currently 10+ top level FL Bots, and close to nearly 100+ local reps all trying to take a slice of the pie and make a decent living from it. Yes you can spend all day on Facebook messaging random people, go through CV databases, attend marketing events and christ only knows what else, the ROI just doesn't work if you are at the bottom, and its bloody hard work to find that path to go up the chain quickly. Yes there are people who have joined after I joined and managed to do Manager in 10 weeks, but they have the time, the network and the availability to do it in the area they live. Scotland is prime example, didly shit was happening up there, then all of a sudden it went mental and managers were spawning out of thin air, and the same for South Wales, three Welsh bots, when from 0 to hero in months. Its all about demographic, network and time, just like any business, its just not your business its some one else's and you are a cheap franchisee with no contract that will give you something if shit hits the fan.
