Cubic you seem to have beef with one company - there are many similar companies out there with similar marketing plans - focussing on one because he's a Mormon does not suit the line you are taking.... this industry has been around for a bit - plenty more industrialists are starting out...

workingwithchimps What you've said in terms of not selling/not being paid/not eating is EXACTLY what's wrong with this type of business.
You DO work for someone else, you make a commission and the rest goes back up top. What you DON'T have is any of the protection that you'd get for working for a non-MLM company; sick pay, proper disciplinary process if your targets aren't up to scratch, a notice period to protect your income if you are made redundant, statutory redundancy pay and so on.
As you say, if you don't sell enough you don't get any money, yet you don't see any profits either. How is any of this a good thing?
