I noticed but thought it kinder not to comment - just in case throwing hadn't seen! Grin

cozietoesie If you tell a big enough lie and keep repeating it, eventually most people will come to accept it as the truth.

'MLM' cults are self-gratifying ritual belief systems constantly telling their followers that they are superior. Core-'MLM' adherents inhabit a classic group-narcissistic fantasy. The fact that this fantasy has been written in a 'commercial' jargon has made it attractive to a vast number of people who would have run a mile from the same fantasy written in 'fundamentalist religious,' or 'extreme nationalist political,' jargon.

Eyespying · 03/03/2016 09:21

The question which I kept putting to the visiting 'MLM' shill Bots, but which they couldn't answer, concerned the number of individuals who had signed contracts with their respective groups since they were first instigated.

In reality, what I was asking was:

How many vulnerable persons have been deceived into attempting to buy redemption in your group's illusory 'compassionate capitalist' version of Paradise on Earth?

throwingpebbles · 03/03/2016 09:23

Tsk eyes go easy on me please!
(Mind you, I guess at least the vodka will numb the pain of my life of "quiet desperation" Hmm )

Eyespying · 03/03/2016 09:30

throwingpebbles I could resist that 'T' word no longer.

throwingpebbles · 03/03/2016 09:35

Eyespying · 03/03/2016 09:42

throwingpebbles No vodka here this morning, just coffee and pain au chocolat.

After the JL video was posted, the point I'm trying to make, is that when describing totalitarian cults, most observers tend to repeat whatever thought-stopping jargon has been slapped over the entrance and which is constantly repeated by the cult's shill Bots.

Despite their external camouflage, internally, criminogenic groups like 'FLP' have had precious little to do with business (in the traditonal sense of that word).

According the the comments on this photo, it was made by "jealous haters".

LOL

Anyone got any info on this company (me&i) that keeps popping up on my newsfeed? It looks like mlm/party plan to me (I stand to be corrected) and it seems that the 'oh so fashionable' (😬😬) premise is that you can buy the same matching clothes for the whole family..... Erm... Great! Sign me up!

Adults are vertical but kids are horizontal?

I'm trying to decode that one.

sminkypink · 03/03/2016 10:25

The thing about JL's speech is the way she contradicts herself. She talks about getting rid of fear, then the next bit of her speech is intended to frighten the bots into thinking they are doomed and hurry them into action. (The clock is ticking). The positive mindset bullshit is just a smokescreen for the fear that they instill in you in the training. The why that makes you cry.
How positive can it be to corner a new mum and make her cry? You complete and utter bastards.
All those faux-positive memes that the bots love to share about success being just around the corner. When I see one of those I can almost smell their fear.

cozietoesie · 03/03/2016 10:32

They all contradict themselves a lot if you listen long enough and critically. That's largely ignored, though, because they use fine-sounding words and phrases, delivered with a clean and shining smile.

Melaw21 · 03/03/2016 10:35

Velour trousers for your Boy? Matching t-shirts for the fella and kids? I can see this being very popular...

She's got quite an ego on her too hasn't she? I've not watched any of her 'trainings' before, so I've only just been exposed to it. All that, 'you won't forget me if you met me.' That'll be the new thought bullshit books they all consume. You're a special snowflake.
You can see how it must be addictive being an uberbot whether you are coining it in or not. No wonder they call themselves 'public figures' and invite fawning from adherants. Thing is, if you call yourself a public figure and plaster every aspect of your life online we know that there's a downside to that.

cozietoesie · 03/03/2016 10:53

I'd still like to know how much she charges. Those dollar signs are ratcheting up in my mind every time someone posts about her. Grin

sminkypink · 03/03/2016 11:16

She looks like your mums bezzie but she comes accross like Kanye West, all ego, bling, boasting, flash cars and money, (wonders if also $53m in debt) it's quite a startling contrast.

Eyespying · 03/03/2016 11:18

Leach by name, leeches by nature?

Patzy85 · 03/03/2016 11:32

That JL video, around the 20 min mark she starts telling a story where she basically puts another woman down. Constantly. Simply because she doesn't work. Not very positive?

I thought strong women build each other up?

Is it just me who thinks JL is a total ####

I would love to hear the real story of how she makes her money. I bet it isn't quite so inspirational Hmm

sminkypink · 03/03/2016 11:35

Nope, now I've seen her, I don't like her behaviour one little bit. She's been well trained by her handlers.

Eyespying · 03/03/2016 11:44

Europe worships JL as well.

In this particularly creepy video, JL describes her conversion to a '110% rock-solid belief' in the 'MLM' redemption myth, and says she was once a divorced farmer 'living a life of quiet desperation.'

JL also says that everyone's friends and family wants to see them fail. She then associates her unquestioning Bot audience's negative friends and family with the dehumanising term 'Gremlins' and instructs them to put these negative Gremlins in a bag and stamp on them.

This evidence wants saving.

sminkypink · 03/03/2016 11:51

^^Ok I'm ripping this right now.

throwingpebbles · 03/03/2016 11:56

patzy and others... JL owns the company that hosts all the FL bots official FL websites ....

throwingpebbles · 03/03/2016 11:56

(For which I believe they have to pay a monthly fee?)
