I entered the great north run, but was unsuccessful. When I entered you had to fill out your bank details so that you could be automatically charged if successful. The money left my account and went into 'holding' it wasn't claimed by GNR but the sum left my account and the difference could be seen in my balance. How long will it take for this money to be returned, does anyone know? It's been 7 days, but 5 working days since I was told I didn't have a place and wouldn't be charged. Thank you
