Tumble drier has broken. Rang Hotpoint who said it would cost £89 for a complete service inc vat. Rang to book on the 18th Dec can only get engineer today 29.12.06 agreed. Today phone call to say engineer off sick and now a new appointment for Wednesday 3rd January.
Can I deduct from there bill any money for inconvenience like time off work and cost of drying clothes elsewhere?
