Last week it made the decision to change them from weekly to 4 weekly. They can't tell you how long it takes to change over but the man on the phone said "could be 1 week could be 4 I can't tell you but it's very unlikely they'll leave you 4 weeks". I went online to check when my next payment was due and it says the 26th may! Surely that has to be wrong? I'm going to give them a call after the school run today but just wondered if anybody else had any experience of this. I'm panicking slightly
